Where is Firenze Jewels located?

Firenze Jewels is located in the New York City Diamond District.

Hours of operation are Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM- 5:00PM EST.

What is the current availability of products displayed online?

Please note there is only one piece available for most items marked 'in stock' on our website. 'Out of stock' items require special order which is subject to price change and may take 2-6 weeks to deliver. Because of limited availability, we strongly suggest customers make their purchasing decisions early during peak holiday seasons.


Are products displayed online available for viewing in person?

All loose diamond viewings require an appointment. Please e-mail or call us prior to your visit.

Most jewelry marked 'in stock' on our website is available for viewing in person. Our website displays a limited selection of our available products, though we add new merchandise daily.

You are welcome to visit our showroom located in the heart of the New York City Diamond District.


Are products displayed available for immediate delivery?

Items are generally available for shipment within 1-2 business days. On rare occasions, an item may go out of stock before our site is updated. If this should happen, we will notify you without delay. If you require an item by a specific date, we recommend that you contact us to confirm the availability.


Are the images shown online the actual size of the product being depicted?

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen default settings and methods of photography. Some items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.


How do I get my merchandise engraved?

Items can be engraved for $3 per character, with a $20 minimum charge on all orders. Not all items can be engraved. Please inquire about a specific item you are interested in. Our online checkout process allows you to specify an engraving for most wedding bands and pendants.


How do I get an appraisal for my merchandise?

All items purchased at Firenze Jewels arrive with a store appraisal completed by a GIA Certified Gemologist. There is no additional charge for this service.


What does your warranty cover?

Firenze Jewels, Inc. offers a limited 90 day warranty on all of our products. All fine diamond, colored gemstone, platinum jewelry and gold jewelry sold by Firenze Jewels is genuine, authentic, and of consistent high quality and value. All diamonds are individually cut and polished by master diamond cutters to bring out each diamond's natural beauty and fire. All colored gemstones are cut and polished by gem cutters to maximize each stone's brilliance and color. All gold jewelry is individually molded, shaped and polished. Highly trained jewelry setters and polishers then finish each piece of fine jewelry to meet the most exacting standards of our industry. Certain selected diamond solitaires are accompanied by an Independent Lab Certificate from GIA, EGL, or AGS.

This warranty covers each item of fine jewelry for defects in manufacturing only and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss of precious stones, and theft. Repair, sizing, or cleaning performed by someone other than Firenze Jewels, Inc. will void this warranty. Firenze Jewels, Inc. disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty is valid only in the U.S.


Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes, gift cards are available in any amount. You may purchase one at our showroom or order one online here. Please call an associate at 1-212-302-2863 for further details.


Do you sell conflict-free diamonds?

Firenze Jewels, Inc. is deeply committed to selling only legitimate diamonds. We have vowed not to deal with or purchase from any source that deals in conflict diamonds.

Conflict diamonds originate from areas controlled by forces or factions opposed to legitimate and internationally recognized governments, and are used to fund military action in opposition to those governments, or in contravention of the decisions of the Security Council.

We fully support the Kimberly Process Certification Scheme and work closely with only the most reputable, professional suppliers to ensure compliance.


Do you sell clarity enhanced or fracture filled diamonds?

No. We never sell clarity enhanced or fracture filled diamonds. At Firenze Jewels, you can be confident that you will only purchase a 100% natural diamond that has never been artificially treated in any way.


What forms of payment do you accept?

For domestic orders we accept the following:

  • Major Credit Cards. Merchandise will ship to the verifiable billing address of cardholder.
  • PayPal. Verified users with confirmed addresses only. 5% restocking fee on all eligible returns.
  • Direct Wire Transfer
  • Money order
  • Checks

* All checks, money orders & wire transfers must clear before items are shipped.

For international orders, we accept direct wire transfer only.


How is my personal and financial information protected?

We maintain necessary safeguards to protect your information. Online credit card transactions are protected using a 256-bit Secure Socket Layering (SSL) Certificate from Global Trust, the industry-standard in encryption technology. When the letters "http" in the URL change to "https", the "s" indicated you are in a secure area utilizing Global Trust SSL.

While our online purchases are secure, we will gladly take your order by phone if you prefer. Please call us Monday-Saturday, 9:15AM-5:15PM @ 212-302-2863. All of your information will be handled in a safe and responsible manner.

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act imposes certain requirements on websites directed at children under 13 that collect information on those children, and on websites that knowingly collect information on children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 on our website. How will my order be shipped?

All items are shipped fully insured. Signature is required upon delivery.

Domestic Orders: Items will ship insured via FedEx or USPS.

All items are available to ship Priority Overnight at an additional cost upon request.

International Orders: Most international orders will ship via FedEx Priority International. We can also ship via USPS upon request. Prices will vary; please inquire about your specific item.

PO Box Addresses: All items shipped to a PO Box address are shipped via USPS.


Is sales tax applied to on-line purchases?

8.875% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within New York State.


Can I return or exchange my merchandise?

For domestic orders, we accept returns for full refund or store credit (minus shipping & insurance) only for standard items purchased online. Items must be in original condition (not worn, sized, engraved, set, or altered in any way). We do not accept returns or exchanges on any special orders (i.e. special sizes, custom orders, engraved or set items, or any altered merchandise) or layaway items. All returned items must be received by Firenze Jewels, Inc. within 30 days of receipt of purchase, except for loose diamonds which must be received within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Please call to speak with an associate prior to returning merchandise, to request a Return Authorization #. Packages shipped to us without a Return Authorization # will be returned to sender unopened. All returned merchandise should be mailed registered and fully insured. Purchases of standard items made in person at our showroom can be returned within 10 days for store credit only.

*Eligible returns on purchases valued over $10,000 made with a credit card/debit card are subject to a 3% restocking fee. All eligible returns on purchases made with PayPal are subject to a 5% restocking fee. 

For international orders, returns are not accepted.


Can I ship my order to any domestic address I want?

Orders placed within the United States that are paid for by credit card will ship to the verified billing address of the cardholder only. Items paid for by check, wire transfer or money order can be shipped to any domestic address specified.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. On international orders we accept payment by direct wire transfer only. Additional shipping charges may apply. Buyer is responsible for all customs and duty fees. Please check with your local office prior to making any international purchases. We do not ship to Indonesia or Malaysia.


This website is owned and controlled by Firenze Jewels, Inc. from its offices within the State of New York, United States of America. By accessing this website, you agree that the statutes and laws of the State of New York, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will apply to all matters relating to use of this website. In addition, you agree to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of New York County and the United States District Court for the District of New York. Visitors to this website are responsible for their own compliance with local laws regarding website use and access.

In compliance with FTC regulations, total carat weight of diamonds in all special ordered jewelry may vary 0.05ct from stated weight on the website (with exception of special sizes of eternity bands, in which case carat weight may vary more significantly depending on finger size).

Rarely, information displayed on this site may be inaccurate due to system errors, inaccurate information or human error. Some of these errors may relate to pricing and availability, and some information may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors including after an order has been submitted and will not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Under no circumstances shall Firenze Jewels. Inc. be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
