If you are an educated buyer and know what type of diamond stone(s) and particular setting you are looking for, the Firenze family and staff are second to none. I have been to New York City several times on business alone without my wife, and have walked through the Diamond District a number of times dreaming of the moment when I could take Debi to look for a ring to substitute her old, tired, and very inexpensive (we were only 19 and poor!) wedding band.
